COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course offers an in-depth, role-based introduction to Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on digital systems and compliance workflows tailored for law enforcement and public sector organizations. Structured around four core modules—Personnel Activity Management (PAM), Workforce Management, Personnel Management, and Signature Enrollment—the course guides learners through the architecture, policies, and operational procedures that govern modern human capital ecosystems.
Participants will explore the full span of HCM functions, from duty scheduling and activity recording to digital identity validation and personnel movement. Special emphasis is placed on mastering system-integrated user roles, ensuring audit trail integrity, applying ethical personnel practices, and supporting the secure, efficient deployment of human resources through structured digital transformation initiatives.
