COURSE DESCRIPTION

Signature Enrollment is a critical feature in the CIMS Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. It allows each user to enroll their signature for authentication purposes across the system digitally. This module ensures proper accountability, traceability, and compliance through the use of electronic signatures.

All HCM user groups must complete signature enrollment. It is mandatory to validate any actions taken on the platform.

Upon successful completion of this module, participants will be able to:

• – Complete the digital signature enrollment process.
• – Sign for various HCM transactions.
